Tasting Notes
Chocolate – Expresso coffee, caramel, cardamon and all spice.
Makes the simplest Mocha Rum Martini.
50ml Marshall & Brown Mocha Rum
5ml of orange bitters
1 shot of expresso coffee.
20 ml of Simply chocolate syrup
20ml of soda water
A cup full of ice.
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then pour into a cocktail glass, sprinkle a Tsp of Grated Dark Chocolate before serving.

Rums that were produced and blended in such a way, that they were able to create a range of remarkable artisan rums, which was born out the very best of each of those well-travelled destinations and now produced in the UK.
